- About Pre-Sale Orders
- After you pay, Need about 25-35 days to painting it. Before we shipping your orders, We will send the final painted photos to you, If everything is ok, then we will ship it and give you the tracking number.

- Buyers from most countries don’t need to pay tariffs or other taxes, you may need to contact your local customs office.
- For the pre sale products, The deposit payment or rest payment don’t include shipping fee. Free shipping to most countries.
- For the in stock products, You will see the shipping fee payment option on the checkout page. Free shipping to most countries.
- If you need payment plan, we can provide payment plan in 3~5 weeks to pay the full payment, please email us first.
- About Shipping
- Your orders will be shipped in 3~7 days after you pay.
- Default use Standard shipping. To most countries about 10~15 days delivery.

- About Return/Refund
- For in stock products, you can request to refund payment in 3 days after you paid. After shipped, we can’t accept to refund.
- For pre order products, you can request to refund payment in 7 days after you paid the deposit payment. If more than 7 days, We can’t accept to refund.
- If the statue broken when you received, Please take photos and email us first time. we will help you to contact the studios to ship new parts to you.
- In very few cases, if the packages finally lost, we will contact the studios to shipping new one to you, or give you full payment refund.
- Because of the resin statues all made and painted by hand, So the studios can’t promise 100% perfect.
